Above award rates:
Certificate qualified – $28.76 – $31.88 p/h
Diploma qualified – $33.17 – $34.05 p/h

Additional benefits:
Minimum of 2.5 hours of non-contact time for all educators per week
Afternoon shift allowance
Additional leave provisions
Work at an Excellent rated centre
